Message says login is not correct. Been same for years. Server must be the problem.

i have not been able to access my email on my cell phone for a few days now..also i contacted the chat option as when i tried to log in it stated that my log in was invalid. the rep gave me a temporary password, but now when i try to log in from a public computer it is saying i need xfinity or something along those lines
