Can't get into email

I can log into the comcast home page, but when I click on the email icon, instead of opening my email, it opens another comcast home page.

I also have not been able to get the email to work on my outlook. Spent hours on the phone with them. Even went out and bought a new computer. Yes I dumped about $800.00 into trying to get my email. Still nothing.
