Comcast - When trying to get into XFinity & clicking onto XF New Email, for a few days now I cannot bring up my Email. I also have iYogi service TechGenie until 6/15/16 and not able to call them or email them. Something is definity wrong. Windows 10 keeps trying to get in and I have questions first. Please advise me; and look into my problem. Thank you.
