Comcast website not functional; on phone hour before 'we will call you back'. No call back, no ability to get thru on phone - 'all circuits busy pls try your call again later' for two days; same login used for years declared incorrect. We should continue to pay for such a large company's inability to stay reachable?

I have called the comcast customer service number 5 or 6 times today March 30,2015, and after entering a lot of info I get put through to a representitive line that is busy, WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!
