Can't Connect to account on phone for 4 days now!

I have a android, and the past few days, my Xfinity Connect won't let me check my emails. It tells me there is "no messages", even though there was over 24 when I went to my laptop! Its been like this for 4 days now...HORRIBLE!

Need it fixed ASAP!

Same problem here. I have an iPhone and suddenly became unable to send or receive email.  

I solved it by checking the settings and resetting a couple of them according to an article - and magically everything is fine again, all the hung-up email was downloaded to my iPhone.  Just be patient to let the verification complete and wait a couple of minutes to let the server download.  

Also I used the POP settings with SSL On for the incoming server, not the recommended IMAP settings.
