cannot retrieve email

constant "server down or slow or busy, etc" messages; mailbox has been difficult for couple of weeks now; thought it was my computer but nooooooo its the great and wonderful XFINITY bull that I pay out the #*&#@ for each month!  Tonight, the site is absolutely nonfunctioning for email.  If you cannot make it work right you damn sure can refund my money!
