I am unable to load the Comcast site to login and pay my bill, it will not load on Google Chrome or on my iPhone. This is not the first time this has happened recently. I really dislike Comcast's site, it's as unfriendly and unintuitive as their billing!

Well ... I've commented on this on their user site as well as spent substantial time on the phone with 4 different comcast reps. The last one was able to duplicate the problem; thought she had fixed it, but when she discovered that it still didn't work thought I should just keep trying until it fixed itself. I definitely need this problem solved!! Help! ( Oh, yeah ... I've reset Safari (also tried Firefox); deleted cookies and cleaned caches and have the same problem on 3 different computers and 2 different modems/routers) ... This is a COMCAST problem!
I NEED TO PAY MY BILL!!!!! Since when does Comcast NOT want our money? What's the deal?
