Appears not to be an outage, but a software screw-up. You must contact customer service for help.
email will not open on my computer
click on email only opens another comcast home page. i cannot open my email on my computer.
Since Tuesday May 24, 2016 I cannot access our email accounts. On my internet explorer after I double click it does start to bring up Comcast home page then it just stops sometime with hour glass. All other applications on my computer work fine! I am able to bring up my emails on my apple i-pad so it's not the wireless modem.
