Both my cards were just denied in Califonia and at Citibusiness Online - all my accounts say "n/a" - I just checked my online balances 1.5 hours ago and it was fine. WTF? Both customers service numbers are fast busy .888.248.4226 and 877.528.0990. I finally got on hold with 4226 just getting hold music. What is this?
Called the local branch in Sant Clarita and thier whole system is down as of 4:03 Pacific time.
I just talked to someone in Sunset Boulevard West Hollywood branch. Citi was down globally - but it's back up. My accounts online are populated again.
