Unable to log in for almost 24 hours

Is anyone else seeing this? I have tried to log in via:

Chrome

Firefox

iOS (native app)

Android (native app)

None of them works. Clearing the cache and restarting, etc. doesn't help. See the attached image for an example of the error message (mobile error is similar).

I called citi tech support and they were not able to fix it immediately, though they said they opened a ticket. I have not yet heard anything from them.

I have had the same problem for over 24 hours. Customer Service has no ETA for repair

Were you able to log in. Even today as of 9/16 I am not able to log in

No. I am on day 5 of this problem. Tech support has said there is no timeline for fixing it. When do I consider changing banks?

FYI there is a work around that I got from tech support: If you click "Forgot my password" and go through the process of setting a new password you can get in. You can even enter the new password to be the same as the old.

BUT once you log out you will be stuck again. In other words, you need to go through the "forgot password" process every time you want to log in. I've only tried it on desktop but they said it would work on mobile as well.

Glad to know I'm not alone. I wonder how many people are affected by this.
