Tried to open https://www.citibank.co.in/infojsp/launch.jsp, but it is not opening. Giving following error in Details

i am also getting the same error sonce 2 months... the Citibank backend team is completely useless... if you have found the resolution to this issue please let me know...its truely frustrating :(
Did your problem get fixed ? Are you now able to login ?
No my problem is still not solved. I think it is a laptop issue as I see that someone else too has a problem with citibank login on a Lenovo. I am also using a Lenovono flex 2. It opens up without any issues on any other laptop.

This problem is not specicic to Lenova. I am having same issue with CitiBank Site and I am running Windows 8.1 on a Dell. Problem is same on Chrome or IE browser suggesting it's a Windows 8.1 issue - some setting messed up. Anyone found a solution yet?
