I just got approved for the city diamond preferred. Initially I was excited. However, after trying to log in since last night (1/20/16) and still being unsuccessful today I'm not so sure about it anymore. Especially after reading the comments on how often this happens. Might end up cancelling the card. Mobile app doesn't work, mobile site doesn't work, desktop site doesn't work. All give an error after I try logging on.
