It's been over a week, I cannot get beyond the first page, after I log in the page goes white, other times I get a message stating the site is temporarily down, right now the opening page barely stays viewable for a few seconds, I cannot log on at all right now. I called Citi last week, was told others were calling about this, then this: "It will be fixed in a few days."
