It's been 2 months now. When attempting to login, the site just keep spinning
It usually works if you do forgot password and then reset it. I do that every month for the past nine months.
So this time, after getting the spinning gray circle from logging in, I called them, the website was fine and it happened in any of my web browsers. She said my account was locked from multiple failed attempts, and she reset it. Still no joy. Cleared page history in my browser, nada. She could see I was using the wrong password. Reset password and yay, it worked. So now I'll see next month.
