I wasn't able to log into my Home Depot card account (they're Citibank cards) ever since I tried a couple of weeks ago with my Android tablet (my desktop died suddenly) - always stated the page was unavailable. Tonight though, after yet again the same thing, I used Dolphin browser instead, navigated to the same link, but to my disappointment, the same thing. So I then cleared cookies, changed the user agent to desktop (easy in Dolphin), closed that tab, opened a new tab and navigated to the regular Home Depot site and found the card link from there. Et voila, it worked! I'm not really sure which part of that worked, but even with Dolphin I still had the same issue with the Home Depot card login page always being unavailable until wiping out cookies and changing the user agent (wiping out cookies did not work in Chrome at all, so maybe it was the user agent being switched to desktop in Dolphin). The link I used that worked (you can find it on the main Home Depot site) is:

I hope this helps...it sure seems like Citibank doesn't want you to successfully use the Android OS to pay your bills!
