Attempt logoin and goes to a blank page. No way to pay bill online.

Ever since citi went to a new website over a week ago can't log into my Sears card account getting the message error processing request try again later. Use 3 different PC's including one at work a couple tablets and iPhone same message on all. No fix and tech support at citi is clueless saying clear cache.
wth have I stayed with this card so long? nothing but trouble, endless bs. horrible customer service. First I could only access my account via laptop, now, for the last month, I can't get into my account period. I called customer service several times, and they always give a new date when the website will be working right. NOW I can't even order things online! "Sorry invalid credit card information" I know I know there's a million credit cards out there, get a new one. Whatever, this still sucks.
