Most Citibanks in Pasadena, Hollywood turned away customers because their systems were down. I was unable to make transactions at 3 banks. Each teller stating their systems were down. I called CitiBank and they said there were no problems. If I were the CIO, I would want to know why their backup systems did not kick in. As of today at 9am, bank says problem is being worked on.

All the CitiBank and associated sites have been down for at least 72 hrs, despite a competing "Down" site insisting that the sites are accessable, "just not for you" and the fact that Citi's customer service Tech Support admits they are down.
