The above message is what I receive when I try the link at the bottom of their page "pay your bill" I am using Chrome, but have tried ALL other browsers but get the same message sometimes I will also get the spinning arrow. Been trying to log in since Sunday. Called their number under contact us 1-800-669-8488
The woman told me they were having problems with the site and it would be fixed by today 7/21/16. My account is paperless so if I can't log on to see my Statement I can't pay them, for all I know someone is using my account to buy stuff. They need to make a statement about their site being down, instead of just letting all their customers wonder what is going on with our accounts.....

I am having the same problem. I'm affraid I'm going to miss my payment date.
same problem here, been trying for a few days. finally logged on with the help of one of their techs, just tried again and couldn't log on. Got the same image as above.
Finally was able to log in on the 27th.....
