Unable to login into CitiBank, CitiCards of ThankYou.com. I get a message stating that states:
At least one of your entries does not match our records.
Please check the information you entered and try again.
When I try to reset my password, I get the same message. I called Customer Service yesterday and I eventually got in, but not through my normal URL. I tried it again this morning and it doesn't work. The CSR tried to tell me there was a problem with my cookies.

Cannot sign on and am concerned I will not be able to access, view and make payments to my card as I have cancelled paper statements.
