Can't log into Citicard site

Nine out of 10 times, when I try to log onto the Citicard site to check my credit balance, I get a message that it's not available. How am I supposed to keep track of my balance and payments? This is ridiculous. Why have a site at all if people can't access it?

Same thing for me. It won't let me log in. I get this error message: We're sorry, but the page could not be found. The link may be outdated, or you may have entered the address (URL) incorrectly."
