can't log in

I'm a candiadte of a job opening in Citi group. I'm scheduled to have a phone interview Oct. 16th and thus is requiredto log in https://welcome.citi.com to complete an employment application. But I couln't log in because the website was down. This is really urgent! I sincerely hope to be helped as soon as possible because the interview is tomorrow and I have to complete the online application before that!
