Can's login or pay bill

When attemping to log into my credit card like I've done for years, when I click on the arrow to choose credit cards it blanks out the area.  I have been able to acess it by clicking on other areas but then when I try to pay my bill it just sits there and never accesses the bill pay section.  I'm using the same computer and method I always have.  Please advise.
