chase has a new website that has some issues with adblock and script blockers; i was able to login after disabling adblock and adding chasecdn.com as well as chase.com to the allowed sites in noscript
The problem appears to be with Firefox ... though when I called Chase tech support the rep (Dominic) I spoke with denied the problem was at their end and that the new site design was tested with Firefox. All I know is that I was able to log in on the site to pay my CC bill last month (and for the past 8 years) with FF ... and this month, a no go with FF. I do not use an Ad Blocker with FF, but do use noscript .... however, I allow all scripts on the Chase site, so that is not the problem. For the record, I tested and was able to successfully log in using Safari, Chromium and Vivaldi. Strangely, their web site shows that the site should support IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. When I specifically tried with a browser not listed as being supported (iCab for Mac), I was directed to a page which listed the supported browsers. So, while they say that FF is supported .... it is definitely NOT working. Recommend as many people as possible call Chase to report the problem. Strength in numbers. Maybe they they will investigate and correct the problem.
