Unable to login to chase.com for over a month

Unable to login to my account through chase.com. I"m still able to login using my mobile device and other computers so I know it's not a user id or password issue. This is really an inconvenience as I pay all of my bills online... Any known issues out there or solutions? using dell xps w/Windows 7.
