"Unable to Log On" Error RXP001

Receiving "The User ID or Password you entered is not correct. Please reenter your User ID and Password or click "Forgot your User ID/Password?" to verify your identity and regain access to your accounts. Error RXP001" when attempting to log into my account. This is also occurring for many other users at this time. Called several times as well but have been placed on hold for an hour. It's a bit unsettling when a financial institution doesn't even alert their consumers and just has these issues happening often and their call centers aren't answering. 

This is a BIG RED FLAG, JP Morgan Chase.
