Unable to log in

i cannot log in on my computer, using internet explorer or chrome. I spoke with someone a week ago and she said it was an ongoing problem. I tried to log in on my phone and I get in for a minute and then it logged me out and I cannot get back in. Please tell me how I should go about verifying activity and paying bills, if I cannot access my account and when these problems will be resolved. I have been with chase since 1995, but I'm more than willing to switch if I cannot use my account soon.

I just recently created an account with Chase but I have no been able to log in and monitor my activity. I have tried asking to reset my password and tried using the identification code as a password to log in, but it always ends up in "unable to match username/password".

I know my password and I know my username, the site is just now logging me in. Please help.

if you are encountering error rxp001, try this

 

(using windows)

Step 1: Click the “clock” on the lower right

Step 2: Then go to “internet time" tab
 
Step 3: Click “Change Settings”

Step 4: Choose any given servers. Make sure time zone is correct. All are equally recommended. Then close the window for it to take effect and try to log in again.

 

(using MAC)


1. Single click on the time found at the upper right hand of the Desktop screen.

2. Choose "Open Date and Time Preferences".

3. Under "Date and Time tab, "Set date and time automatically" should be checked and "Apple Americas/U.S (time.apple.com)" for the time server.

4. Make sure time zone is correct. Then close the window for it to take effect and try to log in again or reset password if already attempted.
