can't access the site, let alone my account. This is ridiculous. This bank is one of the biggest out there and people can't access their stuff----------what is being done to correct this and get the site up and running properly???

It just loads forever. Can't access anything, and this is nine hours after the last guy posted.
It is always down or server too busy and then when you finally get on there you cannot access your account because it says cannot access at this time contact customer service. I can tell you my theory. It doesn't cost anything for us to check our account online but if you use the call option it is .25 cents every time you call. Imagine the money they are making if millions of people have their account charged the .25 cents per day. Think about it...pretty smart.
