Have gotten code 2888 repeatedly for 5 days trying to get to my account on line.

So very very frustrated. I have not been able to log into my Chase online account for the past 5 days. Continue to receive code #2888 as the reason and try back later is bulls!*t. I need to pay my bills! Ready to switch banks.
