Error RXP001

I have been having an issue with error RXP001. I have called support and was told they don't know what the error means. I have also reset my password more times than I can remember now and keep receiving the error. I need access to my bank account and if this issue is not fixed I will have to choose another bank to do my online banking with. I have been having this issue for 4 days now.
