Enters login and password but site does not load up

Site:

I enter my login and password but the site does not load at all. The loading symbol on the page tab just spins and spins. The Chase symbol pops up every now and then, but then goes right back to spinning. I have been experiencing this for the past 4 days.

same problem as above - all day long.

This is a screw up of their new web 2.0 website.

I have the same problem to login my checking account.

BUT there is no problem to login my creditcard account

I have the same problem... been like this since 8/2/2015....

I spent a couple of hors with Chase on the phone and they can't fix the problem.  I've tried on 3 different computers, 2 URLs, changed my password and my user ID.  Nothing works. Meanwhile a friend can logon just fine. Chase likes to say they haven't heard of anyone having the problem - which is a lie.  What should one expect from J.P Morgan Chase ?

I have contacted the Chase and try to solve this problem. The technical staffs (2 persons) have complained about  the browser (Chrome and IE).

After telling them that I can login to my creditcard account but not the checking account (it worked fine before 7/30/2015) with the google

chromebrowser. One of the senior staff said "I am sorry, and can not help you". Also I have tried my IPAD and it has the same sympton.

I believe this problem is located at the connection between the UI and the system software (the system just hang without error message

and timeout) and it happen randomly. Hopefully Chase will fix this problem soon

That is funny because the people at Chase wanted to blame it on Chrome so we also tried it on internet explorer with the same result.  Then they asked if I had Mozilla firefox which I didn't have on the computer I was using when I called them.  But at home I have Firefox and just tried it. Firefox won't even connect to Chase.com and I get this message -

An error occurred during a connection to chaseonline.chase.com.

The same thing has been happening to me for three days.  Can log in to my credit card at chase online but can't get into my mortgage account.  Won't allow access and just shows blank page.  Chase online blamed it  on Firefox...until I spent three hours on the phone telling them that it happened in safarit as well.  They told me to use google chrome?

They opened a case for me but I havent heard back.

Eric J on

Chase also opened a case for me on Tuesday and I haven't heard back.  Chrome is my default browser so they tried to blame it on Chrome and wanted me to try firefox. So this morning I downloaded the newest version of firefox and the exact same thing happens with firefox.

I am posting this string of comments to Chase's facebook page

Great idea Eric!  Twitter?

Eric J on

Twitter is a good idea - I don't have an account but Chase is active on Twitter.  If someone could post these that would be great.

The Chase login issue seemed to be fixed..until I tried a second time!  Still going in a loop and not working!!!!

Eric J on

since the problem is only hitting a small percentage of users Chase's tactic seems to be denial of the problem.

Try to log in to chase to make payment..says it does not recognise me or my information

Eric J on

Judy - that is not uncommon.  you just have to get a code from Chase by email or cell phone.  Once that is entered you should be able to logon. If your logon just hangs up on a blank screen that is the problem we are encountering here.

Eric J on

as of this morning my login is now working. hope it stays that way. is it still a problem for others ?

Jason Hwang on

I can login to my checking account now.
