I am trying to log in to see my credit card summaries and it does not recognize my username and password.

Doesn't recognize my user name and password. I am sure it is correct.
The Chase site is showing just text and not the graphics that is usually displayed.
This started on Saturday 15 Nov 2014. Hoping that today (Monday) when the Chase system guys get back to work, they would fix the problem.
I've tried to get into my account 8 times and each time it doesn't recognize my user-name or password so, I created a new one each time and after getting into my account one time, it still won't let me back in without changing my password all over again???
