What's the issue?

I am having the same experience. I am unable to get to the log in page for Chase for the second day in a row. I was finally able to access the site yesterday on my iPad app. I am on my home wi-fi that is Verizon FIOS.

Chase.com is up and running. I can log on just fine today. Today I am using Google Chrome 33. I have AT&T U-verse and am on Windows 7. Just a suggestion for those having trouble: don't use search engine results or Favorites, bookmarks or shortcuts you may have saved to your desktop. Try using a different browser and clear the browser's cache, temporary Internet files and cookies. Type the web address into the URL box at the top of the browser. For those who like Geek solutions, try clearing the DNS cache in Windows and also consider using a different DNS server than the one your ISP provides. I use OpenDNS.

I was experiencing the same problem. Temporary solution: Clear cookies. Clear cache. Enter into your browser the Chase on-line IP address 159.53.42.11

If entering the IP address works, the indicates a DNS resolution problem. Flush the Windows DNS cache or change DNS servers to fix. Most home routers and Internet gateways let you choose either auto DNS or to enter DNS servers manually. I have been using OpenDNS now for many years with no problems.

Just noticed that 'problem resolved'. Fixed by 'magic'?. Not sure if Chase and/or Verizon corrected the issue, but I can now successfully access Chase on-line via www.Chase.com for the first time since Monday 2/24/14 evening. Attn: Karl Bartz: Thanks for your thoughtful recommendations. They were greatly appreciated.
