Same here. I have had so many problems accessing my account for a very long time. I just closed my account. I feel like my account is being held hostage. I just hope that my payments are not late and get charged a late fee. I hope that they soon get it all fixed.

Error RXP001 I have been receiving this error code for months for Mr. Vincent's account.  It takes me at leaset 10-15 times to eventually get logged into his account.

I have not been able to log in my account  I have called and had to reset my password at least 10 times and again today I cannot get access.

EVERY time I try to log on, they won't accept my password.  I get a text with code to reset password...AGAIN!  Today, it won't even let me reset.  Spoke to them and was told there's a problem "today".  I assured them, from reading other posts,  it's not just "today"!  And I was told they are updating and fixing the problem.  We'll see!

I'm also having this problem today. RXP001. I can't even get through to Customer Service.

The following suggestionsmight help in resolving the issues with the RXP001. If unable to log in due to this error, try to do the following workaround.

(using windows)

Step 1: Click the “clock” on the lower right

Step 2: Then go to “internet time tab”

Step 3: Click “Change Setting”

Step 4: Choose any given servers. All are equally recommended.

(using MAC)

1. Single click on the time found at the upper right hand of the Desktop screen.

2. Choose "Open Date and Time Preferences".

3. Under "Date and Time tab, "Set date and time automatically" should be checked and "Apple Americas/U.S (time.apple.com)" for the time server.

4. Make sure time zone is correct. Then close the window for it to take effect and have customer try to logging in again or reset password if already attempted.

THANKS A LOT!!! COULD NOT SIGNED UP TO CHASE, BUT FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTION TO CHENGE TIME ZONE, AND... PERFECT!!! WORK!!!! WORK ANY TIME !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! BY THE WAY, WAS CALLING BEFORE TO CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY JUST ADVICE TO CHANGE A PASSWORD. THE FIRST TIME AFTER CHANGING PASSWORD - WORKED, BUT OTHER TIMES - WAS THE SAME PROBLEM. SO, PROBLEM IS IN CHANGING TIME ZONE. THANKS A LOT AGAIN!!!

This worked, however, I don't do Windows.

(I use Fedora 21. Linux.)

For those who use the Linux distribution Fedora, all you need to do is (because I use a cell phone and my IP geolocation said I was a timezone away)...

sudo timedatectl set-timezone America/Chicago (because my IP geolocation said Chicago)

(but use timedatectl first to list your timezone setting, which mine was "America/Indiana/Indianapolis", then timedatectl list-timezones to be sure.)

Then after your session with Chase is over, reset it back with the timezone you had earlier...

sudo timedatectl set-timezone America/Indiana/Indianapolis

(of course, these are only examples.)

For those who use Ubuntu or Debian...

sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

and a text menu (debconf) will guide you.j

I was having problems at first just accessing the statements.  I could see my accounts and the activity, but everytime I selected to see the statements (didn't matter from which link), it would pop me back to the login page.  For awhile I could get back to the activity, but then I couldn't log on at all to any of my accounts.  I tried the timezone change, and that didn't work for me either.  My friend suggested to switch browsers.  I was using Internet Explorer, so I downloaded Firefox and attempted to log on through that browser.  I accessed all my accounts and also all the statements with no problem.  I hope this will continue to work, but time will tell.

Check the date and time on your computer and check everything down to the day, date, time and time zone. It must be correct for your geographical location. Also, if you log in to a proxy server, be sure the date, time and time zone of the server is also correct. Also, if you use browser plugins like Adobe Flash Player or Apple Quick Time Player, and any of these was installed while the date and time was incorrect, you need to either remove them or reinstall them once you have corrected the date/time/time zone. Finally, if you had to make any date/time corrections and remove or update browser plugins, delete your web browsers temporary Internet files, cache and cookies. You may have to re-authenticate your computer on your favorite secure websites.

If you have changed your computer/tablet/phone, or even if you logged in with VPN, or new VPN settings, you may experience this problem due to the way of how OS or application handles SSL certificates. The best approach is to wipe all certificates (experts can wipe a specific one used by Chase, but this is hard and boring). When you wipe the certificates Chase app will most likely initiate some kind of 2-level authentication (such as sending a confirmation code to SMS or email etc.). Good luck!

I thought the problem was with me and ended up calling them two days ago since I kept getting the error on my iPad too, probably because I was trying too many times on my laptop to log in.  They had me switch browsers so I switched from IE to Firefox and it worked fine.  IE is still not working but I found this thread so am going to fix the time settings and see if that helps with IE.

Ridiculous!

Margaret Benton on

As a follow up, I still get this error message when using IE and today is May 5.  Changing time settings did not work for me with IE.

Leyla on

Im getting the same problem. Is the website down?
