Chase Log in

I type my password correctly, it says Error RXP001 and won't let me log on. I go to "forgot password" and I enter all of the correct information and when it gets to the code part, I enter the correct code and it sends me back to the log in page saying that I didn't enter it correctly. I copied/pasted it. How could it be wrong? I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS. Done this for 2 days  now  bill wont be getting paid.
