Can't access Chase

I spoke to customer Service. They transfered me to a technician who asked me to clear browsing activity and history. This did not help. She also wanted me to use a different browser but I declined. I see from this and other sites that other browsers have the same problem. She said she would open a new "ticket" and will be contacted in two days.

Everybody needs to call Customer Service at 1-877-242-7372 and tell them of the problem. Otherwise they assume everything is OK.

I am using Verizon FIOS and have also been unable to access Chase on-line for the past two days. The following option is working: Clear cookies. Clear cache. In your Browser, enter Chase on-line IP address 159.53.42.11
