Cannot Log Into Chase Since 4/1/2016

It is now 4/6/2016. Have been unable to log into Chase.com for almost a week. Have been trying to pay my credit card bill since 4/1/2016. The site says it is temporarily unavailable and to call one of the 1-800 numbers because the site is down. What the heck?
