Tried using my card to purchase groceries and my card was declined. I called the customer service number and verified my funds. I tried the Chase ATM and it said insufficient funds and I couldn't withdrawal or deposit money etc I have bills that needed to be paid that are not luxury items , but things such as electric , phone , insurance etc When will this be resolved ? Located in the DFW, Texas area.
