Aftern login get "be back shortly" this has persisted for hours

Trying to secure my CC statement for 3 days - keep getting be back shortly and the tab on the Firefox browser shows CHASE Outage - this is inexcusable - you want your payment on time, but we cant see our statements.  Please advise when you fix the problem
