capital one site down since 3/6/13

I called online banking support and of course they have no estimated time of restoration. I am an office manager at a drs office and need to access to pay bills and update transactions with quick books. Really is disgraceful that the customer service reps had a crappy attitude and just say "sorry for the inconvenience" .
