Site is up BUT YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!!!

This truly sucks. I NEED to access my account to do some online bill pay and transfers. I called the number and got put on hold for more than thirty minutes, then was disconnected. Called back, and guess what - same thing, disconnected after a lengthy wait again. That pretty mich does it for me. I'm going to the local branch on Monday, withdrawing my funds, closing my CD's, and taking them home to stash under my mattress, that may not be as secure but its a hundred times more reliable! I have friends who are also having various issues with BB&T, none of which shed a positive light on this banking institution.
