Been tring to access my online banking for last three days, local bank couldnt fix it, waited 45 min. for main office they couldnt fix problem, told me they would turn it over to tech. dept. I asked how long would it take, I thought they would call right back, the women told me 24-48 hours!!!!
I let them talk to the people Im trying to pay my bills to, Monday looking for another local bank, GOOD BY BB&T
