Nothing but problems with this bank.

I couldn't use my card today.  It was declared invalid, INVALID, at the movies.  Then I couldn't get anyone on the phone.  I was kept on hold until for 30 minutes before I gave up.  Just went into the bank on Friday to complain that I was charged a premature withdrawal fee for a CD that was wrong!  They admitted the mistake and said they'd send a form.  In early December I was in England.  I called before the trip to tell the bank I'd be traveling.  Despite this, my card was denied three times overseas putting me in danger as a middle-aged woman traveling by alone.  I have had it.  Time to check out the credit union.  I can't seem to access MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!
