Won't let me sign in

I tried to log into my account, but once I clicked on the "sign in" it said to refresh my browser or that it doesn't recognize my site key. I have a strong internet connection and no technical problems, all my information was correct. I tried to use my cell phone but it said the same thing as it did on two different computers I tried.
