Clicking on fav icon or entering adress directly does not load page.
Browser searches for site but does not load. Browser will stay on current or home page.
Microsoft IE 10 all updates are current.

I have made several attempts to log into the BOA website to pay my mortgage payment. I was instructed to change my site key, pass code and other information. as of now, I am still unable to log in. I am feardul that I will be charged late fees. Please provide assistance in this matter.
