Called Bank of America 12/13/12 at 10:28 AM PST. Was told they have been doing an update and are 50% done at this time. The update is estimated to be completed within the next 24 hours.
Whether or not to believe them...don't know...but that was the customer representative's answer when I asked when the site would be up and running again.
