I am an online customer. needless to say, I have not had much service as of late. BOA represents one of the largest banks in the world, yet you cannot seem to get your stuff in one bag to keep the site up and the hackers out. Perhaps if some of your multimillion dollar per year suits put up some of their money for cyber security we would not have these problems. Is it any wonder bankers are now hated...hated I said more than lawyers....you and your institutions are Greed Inc. If I can ever access my account again, which is looking less likely by the day, I shall be closing same and using a coffee can in my back yard.
