The site is not completely down. It appears that perhaps there are intermittent routing issues as I have tried two separate ISP connections; one I can reach the site and navigate it just fine (after clearing the cache) and the other is a no go.
It's down again! What a pain. You would think such a large bank would hire some experts and buy some oracle hexadata servers. Regardless of what IP you use, it shouldn't be a problem at all!
