The webpage won't load so I can't assess my accounts online. This is happening too often. It is definitely not a way to begin 2013!

I having issue for well over a month now. Sometimes the site will come up after a few attempts. Other times I am unable to get the site to come up all day. I use this site for my business accounts and it is causing me many problems. BOA tells me that if I pay for their premium access then this shouldn't happen.
