This is the second time this has happened to me.  I've now spent a total of six hours on Skype (I live in a village in Mexico without phone service, so I have to use Skype with satellite internet), without  the problem this time.  In September it happened for the first time and finally someone at a somewhat higher level than the "first responders" managed to fix it, but didn't tell me what the problem was.  And now no one can manage.  They say it all looks OK from their side, and tell me it must be with my computer (I have two), my satellite connection (it did the same thing when I was in the US with a regular connection), my google chrome (I also have safari and firefox), that I'm in Mexico (it did the same in LA before they finally fixed it, and besides, isn't the point of online banking to be able to access your account wherever you are???).  They've given me numerous temporary passwords without success.  And then, they tell me that the only thing that can be done is to put in a "ticket" so that the tech department can call me in "2-5 business days", the catch being that I don't have a phone here, and...they only call within the US!  When it happened in September I had a trip planned to the US for a few days, but now I don't.  And when I do, it will be to change banks.  I'd like to hear from other people who are having this problem.

Bill Pay is not working...... This is the end of the month, not a good time for this to happen.

When will it be back up ???????
