Bank IT said "some but not all" Internet Explorer users are having verious access problem.
She suggested using Chrome or Firefox. Chrome worked for me. Four day later Chrome still working fine but no access with IE.

This is false. Bad information. Chrome is extremely suseptable to a varity of malicious attacks, including an unencrypted file with all your saved passwords. Stay away for now or at least do not use for sensitive matters.
